HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
If you are interested in longer sessions, please discuss this with your therapist so we can determine what would be the best option.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES? WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
$150 for each 50 minute session.
We understand that finances can be a barrier for treatment, so we offer a few lower-fee slots for those who are in financial need.
We are currently only accepting card (credit/debit/HSA) and you may save card information in the client portal.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Ashley accepts Aetna, Cigna and BCBS.

Other therapists do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can offer you a weekly or monthly superbill so you can submit to your insurance, who may then reimburse you for a portion of the cost. Be sure to check your out-of-network mental health coverage with your insurance provider.

Some therapists will accept CVC (Crime Victims’ Compensation) on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATIONS
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. If an appointment is missed or cancelled the same day, you will be charged the full fee.
